I've been a member now for a few months based on the recommendation of a friend. I absolutely love this place. Matt has got to be one of the best trainers I've ever seen working with his clients, and the amount of equipment on site is fantastic!

A truly great gym. Right amount and type equipment that’s always accessible as it’s never too busy. Contentious members who are there to workout. Matt (owner) is great and ensures the entire facility is clean and organized. Been a member of many gyms, this ranks at or near the best.

I would give this gym 10000 stars if I could. It's always clean, always open, and never crowded. They have great equipment that is kept in excellent condition. The staff and trainers are always friendly and make you feel welcomed. I have made so much progress since I have been a member here! I HIGHLY recommend this place!!!

Corefit has been one of the best gyms I've ever been a part of. I love that its a smaller, family owned gym because everyone knows each other and we all treat each other with respect. Corefit's saying "where members become family " is nothing short of true. The atmosphere is comforting and all of the members are serious and committed to their health which displays a great image for the gym and the surrounding community. I can't think of any other 24 hour gym that doesn't get crowded and you don't have to wait for equipment. In my opinion, you can't get a better gym in the Lake Norman area!!
